By placing an order with Don't Dim to Fit In LLC, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and accept full responsibility for the purchase.

Please double-check your shipping address and email before submitting your order. Don't Dim to Fit In LLC is not responsible for lost packages or delays due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

All original shipping charges, applicable customs/duties, and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — including in cases where packages are refused or unclaimed at delivery.

By providing your phone number at checkout, during booking, or through any of our forms, you consent to receive occasional text messages from Don’t Dim to Fit In related to your sessions, reminders, updates, and special offerings.

You may opt out of these messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-subscribe.

Shipping Policy 

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Shipping costs are listed per item and may include flat-rate or calculated rates. We also offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye out!

Carriers:

• Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking.

• P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO / U.S. Territories will ship via USPS only.

• Express Mail is available via USPS and requires a physical street address and signature at delivery. Be sure someone is available to receive the package.

We are not liable for lost or delayed packages or any errors due to incorrect addresses.
